Absolutely pathetic. The tow truck driver(OWNER) came to tow my car in Woodbridge, ON and he dropped it from a flatbed. I was almost killed and he ran from the scene and I had to call police. If you want to destroy your car and ruin it Discount Towing is for you!

I was in an accident where I was rear-ended by a truck. Marcus happened by (no one else came) and was a complete gentleman, assisting me with getting the information from the other driver and guiding me along. He was not pushy at all, just did his job wonderfully. Thank you so much!

I was waiting for CAA by the roadside when discount pulled up. I showed my CAA card and he got to work, then demanded money. Real CAA then showed up and he lied about being told. He then demanded money. Called the cops, and the cops told him he was obligated to identify himself, tell us what the cost was and get permission. He lied about the whole thing from beginning to end. Rafid should be charged with fraud as far as I'm concerned. He smirked through the whole thing, lied directly to the cop, he knew exactly what he was doing the whole time and was just running a scam.

Says one price on site, then doubles it on the bill. Once confronted on the change, goes straight to threating violence. Who lets this company operate in Canada?

Man it was a terrible experience with these guys. I called them to help me out with my flat tire at my home. The guy came over did some silly inspection, filled air in the tire said everything looks good. Boom charged me $60 for nothing just to fill air. They are really cheats please don't fall prey to them.

They own the “cemetery yard” at 800 Colonel Sam Dr. Oshawa, On. L1H 8A9 and and they keep your hard working money even if you change your mind and never parked there. I’ve asked them to correct the contract and never did anything! Not able to have even a contract drawn. Very difficult to deal with. I must file small court claim for hard worked money they are not returning now. Stay away from dealing with people like this. They don’t deserve to be in business…

Disgusting people. We were in an accident and they showed up right away. Would not stop pushing their services on us. I was crying over the stress of the accident and a worker would not stop talking about how they provide rentals rather than making sure I was okay. They were acting like they know the law better than the police and trying to tell us we had to use their service due to the bylaw and not to call CAA. We eventually went with them because we needed to get off the side of the highway and were to stressed to think straight. When we decided not to go to their garage they wanted to add multiple charges that were against the law and made no sense and there were extra fees that they never discussed. When we wanted to use our own towing company because they wanted to charge us $4/KM to tow us home, they told us they would not give our car back until we paid cash upfront. They told us they do not have a credit card machine and cash was the only method of payment. We called the police and they would not stop justifying their awful behaviour. All of a sudden they had a credit machine after the police spoke with them and we paid the standard charge. When we received our invoice they used a different towing name. These people are crooks and I can not believe they made an aweful situation worse!
