I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews but Big Man definitely is worth it. They were able to tow my car within 20 minutes of calling and picked up my car with no issues. I would definitely use them again.

They fit me in while they were fairly busy. They kept me updated the entire time about how long they were going to be before they could make it to my car. They were very personable, professional and friendly. Price was excellent and so was the service they provided. I would recommend them to anyone on the North shore needing tow services.

Big Man Towing Ltd.
Nearly 2 weeks ago, I needed assistance in trying to find the airbnb accomodations I had booked. What I didn't know, is that I was going into serious medical crisis as my Kidneys were failing. Time and time again, Big Man Towing Ltd went above and beyond in their outstanding customer service! I ended up in ICU of the local hospital as my kidneys were functioning at only 9%! I am so very grateful for this company's compassion!

Could not say enough great things about this company. I have been using them for just over 10 years. I get these guys to tow all my sports cars- Only ones I trust. They know where to lash the cars and I always know I am in good hands. At times You may have to wait a bit longer but by all means worth the wait, for the security of knowing they know what they are doing and are not going to damage your car by lifting wrong. Solid crew, good pricing and some of the hardest working people I know. Thank you Big man and your whole team for the continuous great work.

I didn't think it was possible to encounter a tow truck company who was as understanding, patient and friendly as Steve of Big Man Towing. He went out of his way to suggest alternative ways to get the passengers home as he did not have an adequate vehicle at the time. He was responsive, polite and extremely helpful. We did not end up needing to use him after all because we drove back later that night and fixed it ourselves, but I would not hesitate to call Big Man Towing if I am ever in a jam. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
